About the role
Immigrantio is the marketplace where immigrants find trusted US immigration lawyers — and our growth depends on bringing great attorneys and firms onto the platform. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Sales Representative to own the lawyer and firm side of our business: reaching out to immigration attorneys, showing them the value of Immigrantio, and turning them into paying members.
This is a consultative, high-ownership sales role. You'll run the full cycle — from first contact to closed subscription — and have a direct, measurable impact on revenue.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify immigration lawyers and law firms as potential members.
- Run demos and conversations that show how Immigrantio brings them clients, profiles, and lead management.
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach, follow-up, objection handling, and closing subscription plans.
- Manage your pipeline and forecasts in the CRM, and hit clear monthly targets.
- Partner with marketing to convert inbound interest and sharpen the messaging.
- Help new members get started so they stick around and renew.
- Bring the voice of the customer back to product — what lawyers ask for and where we can win more deals.
What we're looking for
- 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally SaaS, marketplace, or selling to small businesses or professional services.
- A track record of hitting (or beating) quota, with examples you can walk us through.
- A consultative style — you listen first, then connect the product to real needs.
- Comfort running the full cycle solo and staying organized in a CRM.
- Clear, persuasive written and spoken English.
- Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to lawyers, clinics, agencies, or other professional-services owners.
- Familiarity with subscription / recurring-revenue sales.
- A second language — Spanish or another widely spoken language is a plus.
- Background in legal, professional-services, or another regulated industry.
